I asked for a quote to replace a front door and a small roof over the same. Matt was very nice, but when the date came that he said he would get me a quote I had to call to chase him down for the price. His assistant said they were very busy and he would get back to me in 1 week, but that still didn't happen. I finally gave up calling. Nice people but they just are not very responsive or didn't need the work.

WATLO bid was substantially lower than other high end, area-wide roofing contractor, that was touting their winter and quot;specialand quot; price, even though materials were virtually the same. They had to work their schedule around bad weather but were nonetheless thorough, professional, and cleaned up like they were never here. Very satisfied....not a drip in sight. This is the first work I've had WATLO perform on my home, but I've known the principles for over 20 years and they run a good ship, reliable and professional at an honest price.

After a little phone tag, an associate contacted me and showed up within 2 days to take measurements and discuss the job. Matt was professional, courteous and prompt with the exception of returning the bid. I called Matt area days later when he hadn't responded. This bid was the second lowest out of the 5 I requested. Their work on a neighbors house was impeccable. I went with another Angie's lst contractor that bid 15% less overall. WATLO is my back up plan.
