Description of Work: Replaced well pump, well pump wiring, and the holding tank for the well and parts related to it. |It went extremely well. They were very punctual, available same day, extremely professional and patient with all of our questions- some asked twice. |We won't use any other plumber going forward if we can help it.

Description of Work: Had a leaky shower faucet in master bathroom. They took a look at the existing fixture to determine if it coil be repaired. I expected it could not due to age and as I had tried to fix it myself but the parts would not move. The associate explained that he may be able to fix it, but if not I would end up paying for the time used to try and repair it in addition to the time required to replace the faucet. So he replaced the faucet and installed two shutoff valves since the builder had not installed any. Work was done well and the technician was pleasant, professional, and happy to answer all of the questions I asked. The faucet has been working fine and haven't seen any leaks. Only one minor gripe is the access panel used to allow access to the shutoff valves. Doesn't look that great so I'll do something else, but I hired them for the plumbing and I'm happy with that work. Might have been a little pricey, but I will hire them again.

Description of Work: Initial visit was to removed clog in kitchen drain. Mike was very professional, explained everything he was doing and removed the clog. |Second visit, 2 weeks later was to replace the kitchen sink and faucet and update shower heads, based on an estimate provided on the first visit. Mike did a great job and we are very happy .

Description of Work: Putman Plumbing showed up on a Sunday to fix a pipe that burst. The pipe in question was in aneeded outside cRawlings space and responsible for my house flooding. Mr. Putman crawled under the house, fixed the pipe, and documented the issues so that my insurance company had no questions.

Description of Work: Patrick came to inspect, diagnosis and potentially repair a water leak. Although he was unable to come out in the snow storm (which nearly no one could/would), he came two days later. He was delayed in getting to my home due to other appointments running long. He had some educated guesses about the problem, inspected the lines and cut off the line to the dishwasher, which solved the problem. Patrick runs a professional business with brochures and maintenance programs. He was very even-keeled and seemed knowledgeable. He even answered some questions I had about pipes freezing intermittently during this very cold weather.

Description of Work: First time out, worked for 1 hr to find a leak. Finally found a possible source of water but was not sure. Did not charge for first visit. Had to return several days later when leak intensified. Found a difficult to detect leak and made repair. Very helpful and professional office support and on-site technician.

Description of Work: I was without water and called Putnam Plumbing and Heating. It was very cold out and they said they would try and make it out the same day but had a lot of service calls due to the weather. Scott arrived at the house after 5:00pm. Scott was very professional and explained everything he was doing as he diagnosed the problem. The problem ended up be my submersible pump in my well casing. By the time Scott diagnosed the problem his father arrived and they proceeded to work together to fix the issue. Scott and his father continued to work outside in the freezing cold until they replaced the defective pump, they didn't finish until after 10:00pm. |It was nice to see a family owned business taking such pride in servicing their customers(and I forgot to mention, Scott's mother and sister take the service calls and are very courteous too). I would definitely use again!

Description of Work: We had a pipe leaking in the wall. Plummer measured from the wall to the leak and checked upstairs and basement before he cut into the ceiling. He was extremely nice and very careful. He finally found the problem in the upstairs. Since he did all the measuring he new exactly where to cut hole to fix pipe. I really liked his work and the fact that he took everything into consideration before cutting into the ceiling and wall. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
