Arrived on time, friendly but kept working hard & finished job before expected time. Cleaned up and took away all old parts.

They were on time. Explained what they were going to do. Did the job well. They were courteous and professional.

Katie the electrician was right on time, pleasant, and described the problem well. She did the repairs in under an hour and managed to avoid us needing a new thermostat.

The provider was on time and very efficient. She was done with the task in 10 minutes. After the service call, my husband received a call from the provider telling him that the service was so brief that they were only going to charge half of their minimum for a service call. We were very pleased and will use them again.

One of my circuit breakers would not reset and outlets in my garage were not working. This was right after a snowstorm. Larry told me to unplug any outside electrical outlets that might be wet and to then try resetting the circuit breaker and to call him back. I did as he instructed and that solved my problem. He told me he was glad to be of service. I told him I was going to give him a good recommendation on Angie's List. Will definitely call him again if I need help with anything electrical. I'm very impressed that Larry was more interested in solving my problem than he was in making money. He didn't have to solve this problem over the phone for free, but he did.

We have hired Provident before and had great results and again they have exceeded our expectations great job. Thanks Bob and Jason!

Everyone showed up on time and performed well.

Called and scheduled Provident Electric to perform electrical work on our house. I scheduled an afternoon requiring me to take off from work. Provident never called to confirm the visit the day before the scheduled visit. On the day of the scheduled visit they were to show up at my house between 1 and 5 PM. At 4 PM I called them and the woman on the phone said that they had an emergency and that she would call me right back to inform me when the electrician would arrive at my house. She never called me back and no one ever showed up to do the work.

Overall, we had a very positive experience with Provident Electric. Larry was early for our appointment, was professional, did a great job, cleaned up, and he even helped move a box inside from the front porch for me. We will call him again to do more electrical work at our home. He is highly recommended for someone wanting an honest, reliable Company.

They arrived on time and had all the materials they needed. They worked quickly, but did the work accurately. Larry asked me which of my outlets and lights I would like hooked up to the generator and even made sure all of them worked when he did the generator test. All in all a great experience and I learned a thing or two, as they explained some basics about electrical panels and how they worked.
