Description of Work: A cable on my panel sparked when I tried to reset a circuit breaker --late on a Sat. nite. I left a message saying I needed to determine whether this was a dangerous situation requiring emergency work. My call was returned within a half-hour. We determined that as long as I could do with that circuit, it could wait 'til Mon. a.m. Mon a.m. Katie came and repaired the box, which was old, and answered my questions, including why I didn't need to replace the whole thing. Terrific.
