+ -1 moreThe owner, Joe, is usually on site and he knows what he is doing with pools. I have no issues with scheduling. He is a smaller outfit, which I like.
Description of Work: They closed the pool down for the season.

+ -1 moreI have used other companies before, but this company is stellar. They will come out practically anytime you need them. They make it a point to come out if there is a problem even if it is a holiday weekend. They are very pleasant to deal with and very professional.
Description of Work: They came out to open my pool for the season. I have used them for a few years for my pool needs.

+ -1 moreCompany rep never contacted me after surveying the job and saying they would send me an estimate.
Description of Work: Called several companies looking for an estimate on getting my pool coping replaced. Tom Leonard came out to the house and looked the pool over and did some hammering, he also took a measurement all the way around the pool. We briefly talked and he said he would get back to me once he had worked up the estimate for the work. I do not think he is going to submit an estimate to me. If he did not want the job he could have at least said so. I have since moved on to aquire another contractor.
