We are selling our town house and the home inspection report indicated we needed to have the cracked truss issue in the attic evaluated by a structural engineer. He analyzed the situation and made the appropriate recommendation. While at our home we requested to have an additional deficiency analyzed and he kindly accommodated us. Paul delivered the engineer sketches promptly so we can have the deficiencies properly executed. I would definitely call him again!

Paul accommodated a next-day appointment to perform a site visit and consultation on an existing foundation and house plans. It was very informative, he made recommendations regarding the plans, and I look forward to working with him again as we prepare to begin construction.

I needed someone to provide pushback against the local permitting department. I was told I needed a structural engineer to inspect the deck and that is what happened. I got constructive input on deck problems from the consultant and the permitting department backed off and started working with me. I view this as a success. The consultant communicates well and seems very knowledgeable.

Mr. Paul was very thorough and detailed in his analysis of a wall fracture in my house. I was suspecting a structural issue that could be related to the house foundation. His competency in answering all the questions I had, while evaluating the location, level in the floor and humidity, were outstanding and necessary to conclude what to do next to fix and prevent further damage. Paul was great! He replied quickly to my request for a quote and came to my home the same day! He was prompt and professional (he even let me know when his eta changed by 10 minutes). I needed him to confirm that a wall is non-load bearing. He was able to do that, and by the next morning he sent me the stamped letter that I needed to present to my HOA. I would definitely use him again and I highly recommend him!
