Great friendly customer service! They arrived for our scheduled appointment on time and they are very knowledgeable and efficient! I was very pleased with the end result! My old carpets that were stained and dirty came out looking brand new. I will definitely use this company in the future for all of my carpet cleaning needs!

We are so glad we found Hamilton's Unlimited, LLC on Angie's list. Kevin proved to be very personable, yet, efficient and professional. Our old carpet looks and feels so much better. Before leaving, Kevin set up our 2 fans strategically to hurry the drying process. (We didn't discover that he had done this until later and really appreciated that he had taken the initiative to do this.)

I was reluctant to even try to have my carpets cleaned because they were so dirty. However, Kevin came to give me an estimate and assured me that he could work wonders - and he did! My carpets have not looked this good in many years and I am very satisfied with his responsiveness, professionalism and work ethic. I will definitely use Hamilton's again and I've already recommended him to my friends.

Kevin did an excellent job; our carpets look like new. He was pleasant, professional, and obviously took pride in the work he performed. Additionally, after we explained that we had an odor in one of our unfinished closets, Kevin provided us with a deodorizer to help eliminate the smell. Overall, we could not be happier and will definitely use his services in the future.

Kevin Hamilton lives near us in Middletown Maryland, and was known to us from being an excellent coach for MVAA flag football. We needed to get our carpets cleaned professionally; as I only have a home Hoover carpet cleaner. Kevin showed in-depth knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. Kevin explained the process and the science of the process and took the time to do the job efficiently and thoroughly. He was able to get all of our multiple red stains out; from "Icee" popsicles. I highly recommend this family business! His family even came over to help him get all the items cleaned up quickly...that was awesome to see! Kevin was very attentive to my service request, followed up, and even called me with a "heads up" to let me know when he was about an hour out from coming over.

When I first called Kevin and left a message, he returned my call the next day. I described what I needed cleaned over the phone. He gave me an estimate which I thought was a little high. He then offered to come by and see it and he did that the next day. The price was then reduced after he saw the space and I agreed to move forward. We set a date and he gave me an AM or PM window option for arrival. I chose the AM window and we agreed on a date. He said he would text/call me an hour before he arrived which he did. He arrived on time and cleaned the carpets and I Ioved the smell of the cleaner. The carpets looked like new as these are high traffic areas. The next day it appeared a stain had re-emerged. I called Kevin and he came back the very next day to treat it again and now its gone. He is personable, responsive and dependable. I have found my carpet cleaning person for life!

Hmilton carpet squeezed my appointment in on a Saturday because he knew that was the only day I could do. He usually doesnt take appointments on Saturday. He helped moved furniture and made my carpets look almost brand new. That is saying alot since I am the owner of 4 dogs and have 2 teenagers. He did an excellent job was very personable and got the job down efficiently and quickly. The price was fair and he did not push any additional services. I will definitely use his company again

Kevin and his staff from the very beginning were professional, polite and didn't try to oversell me on additional services. They new exactly what needed to be done and did a fabulous job doing it. They didn't overcharge or have any hidden fees, moving furniture, spot and pretreatment where included with cleaning of carpets, which it should be with everyone! I have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and by far...Hamilton's Carpet Care is the best I have used. The job was so well done that I have them coming back to clean tile floors throughout my home! I was informed by them that carpets should be thoroughly cleaned once a year to maintain and prolong carpet durability and looks, Kevin's company will be doing that for us. Overall great experience, quality work and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied!!!!

THE MAN CAME ON TIME AND CLEANED THE CARPETS IN THREE ROOMS. ALSO CLEANED OUR LIVING ROOM FURNITURE. THEY WERE POLITE AND FINISHED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.
