The visit went very well. The technician called me when he was on his way and he showed up at the appointment time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Brand new customer, didn't know me from Adam, I called b/c heat was not functioning. They were recommended to me by a friend. It was 8:30 pm when I called, someone answered and actually came out at 10:00 ! Amazing!! (They didn't charge me 3 arms and 4 legs either). They were extremely professional and they took the time to figure out what was going on. They are absolutely my new service provider and I would highly recommend them.

The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He checked the entire system and then gave me a form for a $100 rebate I could get from my electric company for having the check performed. He was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely call them again!

Even at a very busy time of year, Ralph and his team have always managed to fit me in when there's a crisis. I have used Ralph's services both at my business and residences for 17 years and have never had a negative experience, ever. They put in a new system for me when I moved here and gave us a fantastic deal, better than two other competitors by far. They also installed a new programmable thermostat, which I had running fine over the winter. When it came to the A/C turning on, I wasn't getting any cold air, or so I thought. We made an appointment for them to come out, but before we even got that far, I got help with programming my thermostat and hey presto, problem solved. Ralph and his staff always return calls promptly, either later that evening or first thing next morning. He always provides options and choices and has never tried to push any kind of service, or unnecessary costly maintenances. He has educated me about the best way to take care of our system so we don't need expensive callouts. I would never consider using another company and can only commend Ralph Fink and the Advanced team as the most professional, competent, conscientious and reliable service providers around.

I have used this company a handful of times for all of my HVAC work, and they are the BEST. Ralph is the nicest human being on this planet! He walked me through a temporary workaround tonight on the phone for 20 minutes @ 9PM! I would recommend him to anyone.

Advanced Service did a great job start to finish. My old air handler quit, and I had been contemplating a replacement for a while, so I asked a neighbor for a recommendation, and he gave me Advanced Service. They came out quickly and did an evaluation, came back with quotes on several different levels of system the same day. Their price was quite reasonable compared to other quotes I had gotten last year from Home Depot and Sears, so I decided to go ahead and get it done. Advanced Service ordered the system, which came in about a week. Installation was a 3 day process, starting on Monday with drainage of the old system, which only took an hour or two. On Tuesday they came and removed the old system and did most of the install of the new one, and on Wednesday they finished. The techs were polite and courteous, and took great care not to make a mess of the house while they worked. They put down tarps and even vacuumed when they were done for the day. Advanced Service helped me set up financing and with the Maryland rebate paper work. These guys obviously take great pride in their work and care about their customers. I intend to make them my go to guys for heat/AC.

We recently finished an addition and the unit was installed by Advanced Air Services, LLC. We just love it so when our old unit stopped working we had them replace it. They did such a great job and we are very comfortable here now. We just love it and will call them for all our HVAC service needs. We would recommend them to anyone.

He came right away. He looked at it and checked to see if it could be fixed. It couldn't be fixed, so he got me a really good deal on a new unit. He got it out here quickly and installed it. He is such a nice guy, very honest. I never felt that he was trying to take advantage of me. I had an issue on a holiday weekend once, and he came right out. I've called with questions and he has always been so nice. He also gave me rebate papers to fill out that the government was offering at the time.
