Zoom Drain & Sewer

The basement wall where they put the sewer pipe through leaks water in the basement and they never came back to fix it.

The service was fine. I just think that the price was to high for the type of service I needed.

They were willing to work with us and try a few different ideas to get a duck nozzle or if a drain. Both gentlemen that came to the house were very pleasant and polite.

In this day and age US businesses can only export one thing - service. This company is the definition of great customer service. Extremely knowledgeable and polite staff. Work was done as promised, on time and efficiently. What I really liked about this company is that they offered me 2 options of how much the work will cost me based on how complex it will turn out to be. I needed to replace a water main so the complexity of work depended on whether the current pipe would pull out of not (it didn't). They worked with me on negotiating the price that was satisfactory to both of us. Overall great company and great experience.

They were very informative of what they were going to do. They did the work quick and fast. I feel the price was very good.

The cost was obviously much higher than if I were to do the work myself, but they did a great job. The parts are never as expensive as the cost of professional labor.

I think he did a good job snaking out the drain and he insisted that the back up was raw sewage but it was actually coffee grinds and that I told him it was coffee grinds and I'm not a plumber and I knew that and he didn't.

The tech showed up on time and fixed the problem, and give pointers on how to avoid the problem from reoccurring.

When James came out to do the estimate he was very straight to the point and explained everything that his company will be doing. Before signing my agreed contract James the son explained everything step by and answered all of my husband and I question. I would recommend there company to everyone. The price was good and the work was done fast.

This company was suppose to show up yesterday and that was rescheduled for today, no call no show. They didn't answer my calls or texts.

Good company, however pricing is a little high.
