The guys were great and did a good job replacing our masticating pump that had failed. They were expensive, but in the end probably worth it.

I called because of gurgling noises from my basement drain. I expected a main sewer blockage. Owen showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem as a leaking check valve on my ejector pump. He had it fixed quickly. I was impressed with his professionalism and expertise.

On time and most importantly they were clean

Hired them to replace a water main, said they could repair it for less. We said sure if you think it will fix it. they hand dug a hole, replaced a foot of pipe and charged us $3,000. Three weeks later I'm paying another company to do the job correctly because zoom drain would have charged another $5,000. New company- 30 feet of pipe, a machine to dig the hole, moving the system down three feet and digging out a crawlspace all for $4,000....tell me why a shovel and one foot cost $3,000?!! Con men that took advantage of two women who trusted them.

Company has great customer service and does a thorough job. They were very aware of the layout of my house and some structural concerns when they had to relay a new water main. They are friendly and reasonably priced. Biggest complaint I had was the attention to time. They arrived to the project 3 hours late and seemed a bit disorganized at first. Caused a bit of inconvenience to a daily schedule, especially if you have to have the water turned off. Overall a good company though.

Horrible, spent $385 for camera which Zoom Drain didn’t really know how to use. Did not use the locator (no battery) and claimed pipe to deep to use. Assumptions on location of main waste line all wrong as proven by reliable plumber next day who spent two hours at house using a high end camera but this time using the locator, another $400 but well spent, not like wasting $385 with Zoom Drain. Also I got an estimate from ZD for $14,000. A real joke since obviously they didn’t know anything and would definitely sub out the work which was a total guess and 100% wrong.

I drove 2hrs to meet the plumbers at the property. They never showed up. I waited fot 3hours. The office assistants kept telling me that they were on their way since 10:55am. I finally left at 2 pm. This company is not reliable! I wasted an entire day driving and waiting!

They did a good job. I never had any problem after they fixed the drain. They are very responsive and they started the work immediately.

Expert drain specialists, an honest family with decades of combined experience. Within hours, James came to our home and gave us a fair quote on the best case scenario of our problem. Given the age of the pipes -- 59 years-- and with info from us about a previous kitchen drain clog, James explained that our drain fly infestation is likely due to old decayed pipe. James said that they would drill down through the basement slab under our kitchen and remove one section of decayed pipe at a time until all decayed pipe was removed. He was right. 20 feet of decayed pipe was removed, and his brother John jetted the rest of the pipe. When his brothers John and Andy promptly showed up as promised to begin the job, I was an emotional wreck, given my low-immunity cancer problem as I swatted hundreds of filthy drain flies around me. John assured me that he will "take care of this -- because this is what he does [for a living]." He worked tirelessly with Andy in the heat of our basement over two days busting up concrete and replacing pipe with PVC. My husband and I were apprised of progress along the rotten-pipe trail. A "clean out" was added along the way. Given that that this is no exact science, we appreciated these updates. One can only hope for the best. Howie completed the job by artfully troweling the concrete. Given that this basement is part of our living area, we appreciated how well they cleaned up. Thank you Smith family! Zoom drain would not tell me what the charge would be over the phone. They showed up. I stayed home from work and then was told it was a standard $265 charge. I thought that was high but did it because I had taken the day off. I was warned that snaking doesn't always work and in my case it didn't. The drain was not fixed so I spent $265 on nothing. It was frustrating.

Allison called me around noon and our clogged drain was fixed by 2:15. Incredible service and fair price. Joe and Jim, the plumbers were friendly and skillful. Would recommend this company to family. That’s my highest recommendation!

Fixed leaking pipes over hot water heater. Did not repair sump pump, because it was working correctly.
