Description of Work: I I agreed to the estimate from Alex and the work was to start on September 2nd. Alex called that day and said that his tree stump grinder was broken and could he come another day? Since I was working from home on the Thursday I asked for him to consider that day if the grinder was fixed. He said that he would call later with a new time. I have not heard from him and every time I call his cell it goes to voicemail and no response to my email messages. I liked Alex and thought that his price was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. I would really like to get the work done and I do not want to find a new contractor until I find out what is going on with Alex. I did not give him an F since I do not know his situation and hiring him again would depend on him completing the job.

+ -1 moreThey were introduced by a friend, and the work was excellent, and the guy from across the alley hired his services as well to cut the trees and he was very happy as well. I got his services as well to cut a fallen tree for my son and it was done excellently too. Price is fair, and did the work on time. Highly recommend him to anybody.

His team has removed dead trees, trimmed back large, mature trees and more tree services for our Baltimore property. The service has always gone above and beyond as far as expectations and clean-up goes. Alex is very punctual, friendly and responsive to boot. They’re a pleasure to deal with and we already have our next project planned with his team.
