We have been in business for 20 years and have 13 employees. All our employees are hourly company employees. Our M.H.I.C. number is 51641 We only use licensed electricians, plumbers and H.V.A.C contractors when this type of work is required on our renovation or new construction jobs.

We had a great experience with Tony and Monocacy Builders. The quote and contracting process was quick and easy, and we were able to get scheduled quickly. He was flexible, communicative, fair, and timely throughout the process. The end result is as expected and we’re very happy with it. He also worked through questions and changes that arose during the process, to ensure we ended up with what we wanted and needed. All in all a very positive experience and would use again.

They did an excellent job that was on time and on budget. They worked with us to determine the best layout for our basement and communicated with us frequently on any modifications, when needed. We love our finished basement which has a playroom, extra bedroom, and a “living room area”. The entire team that worked on our project was friendly and happily answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend them for any residential projects.
