He was prompt. We discussed what I needed, he made suggestions. Let me know when there was an issue. It all went well.

Doug was friendly, and very knowledgeable. Was there when he said he would be, no hidden charges. It's a shame I don't live in the area I could use him to do some other work for me.

The locksmith came prepared with a bag full of old skeleton keys that he thought might contain a key that would open the chest. After discovering that the lock was rare and none of the keys would work, he was able to remove the hinges and open the lock from the inside without damaging the chest. The other locksmiths we called said that they would have to drill through the lock which would have ruined the lock and possibly the chest. We appreciated his willingness to find the best way to solve our problem.

Mister Locksmith was friendly when I called, was very knowledgeable, arrived quickly and didn't change prices on me.

I didn't realize how far away Mister Locksmith was from my home. He came anyway in a very reasonable amount of time. In the meantime my husband came home and opened the lock. We paid Mister Locksmith for a service call. He was very pleasant and courteous. I will call him again when I need a locksmith.
