Lucas Brothers Flooring

This company was recommended by a friend. I called for an estimate and they came the next day to give me one. I got a few other estimates and Lucas Brothers had the best price and seemed the most honest. On the day of installation, they came on time at 9 AM and had the work done by 5 PM. They were professional and hard working. Our new carpet looks great. We have had it for about 8 months now and have had no problems. I have recommended them to friends.

They were punctual and gave a discount for being an Angie's List member. They also were accomidating to my schedule, very honest and did the work at a reasonable price. Rick also understood what I was looking for since the property was a rental.

I was very impressed with this firm. They came promptly to show me samples and give an estimate. The estimator was very polite and trustworthy. The carpet was installed over a two day period and was started and finished when they said. The installers were pleasant and very professional.

We called and Steve came out the same day to show us samples and give us the estimate. Steve came out the next day (later than scheduled because he forgot he had to go to Philadelphia) with the contract and said it would be less than originally quoted because they could get some of the carpet in 15 foot widths which saves some waste. We waited about a week until the flooring came in and but the installation was scheduled quickly. The vinyl crew was late and the communication was lacking, but the work was great. They forgot to do one piece of corner round so they had to come back. They used two carpet crews because of the size and they were great; they communicated and everything looked great. They didn't have a piece of metal but took care of it the next day. Steve came back out to address our concerns and took care of the quarter round, he looked around to make sure everything was good.
