Owner provided free estimate, was responsive to our requests, was on site for most of the job, and answered questions we had about the process. Crew protected every nook and cranny, and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward.

Kwesi from K and K contacted me quickly and discussed my concerns over the phone. Within a few days he was at our home, inspected the tiles, and took a sample for testing. While he didn't think they contained asbestos, I asked him to test them anyway to provide us with peace of mind, and he was happy to do so. Two days later I had my professional test report. I was very impressed by his responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism. Thankfully we don't need any remediation work, but I wouldn't hesitate to call him again should the need arise. ***I strongly recommend that homeowners potentially needing asbestos removal/remediation work call Maryland Department of the Environment to confirm that their contractor is licensed to do this work. K and K is appropriately licensed, but there are others who are NOT. Don't take a chance with your family's health by hiring an unlicensed person to do this type of work!!!***

I had a 1300+ sqft basement completely demo'ed, including abatement for asbestos tiles. I also had a 22x11 kitchen + dining room demo'ed, which had carpet, vinyl sheet, and vinyl tiles underneath. Kwesi and George kept me up to date with their progress and any issues that came up. They were responsive and provided good advice along the way. They were punctual, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone for asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or general demolition.
