Third time using Hodges. (Weed whackers keep throwing stones, shattering my sliding glass doors.) Worked with John & Tim. Great people, very responsive & reasonable, and they do great work.

Office was very professional and attentive. Confirmed appointment. They showed up early, and did an amazing job. Went above and beyond with getting the job done. Never responded to my Angie's List request, but immediately responded to my call.

Hodges Window and Glass couldn't have been better! I received professional service both over the phone and in person. The broken sash was able to be removed, so I could bring it into the shop. Within half an hour I was headed home with the repaired window, and the screen was ready the next day. Both people I encountered were friendly and helpful. It was a relief to find such an honest company that could repair the window in such a timely manner!

We were surprised that they could repair them because others told us that they had to be replaced. They came to our house, explained what caused the problem, described in great detail how they would repair the windows and then they did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. They are craftsmen who take pride in their work and know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it. It just doesn't get any better than that!

Great,John showed up a day early and repaired the window balance fast.He took the 2 broken glass windows to his shop and 3 hours later he was back with the windows and installed them.I had a estimate with another company named Glass and Screen Hospital they were horrible,the repair man said I had special balances and needed to take one with him.He lied John fixed them with no parts in 5 minutes.They said it would be 600.00,angies list discount to 540.00.John charged 350.00.Finally an honest man.

Wonderful experience, glad I chose them over a competitor who undercut them on price.

I thought it was really expensive. The glass was good and it looks nice. I thought they did a good job. They were very nice.

It was fine. They've done services for me several times over the years.

Came to my house 15 minutes early and repaired our window balance quickly. He was very friendly and he did excellent work. If you need any window repairs done, call them!

Hodges is wonderful. They are very good. It is hard to find people that do gas sealed. What is nice about it is if you have a gas sealed window, the smaller one is around $60 for him to fix. We took it there for Hodges. I am going to have more to take. It was around $60 for a half a window. It sounds like a lot, a whole window is $120 but this is what happened. It is better to be able to have somebody like that to fix it. They do screens, they did our screens.

The service was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone. Much more cost effective to replace broken panes vs. installing a new window.

Scheduled to replace fogged up window off kitchen and came out last Friday and cut the glass and cracked the interior pane in the process. Meanwhile a week later the window has not been repaired and looks worse than it did before John Hodges came out. We have our house on the market to sell and fear having a broken window will surely be an deterrent to a prospective buyer. He has promised to come out on 2 occasions and failed to show up. Husband even scheduled time off work twice to be available. It is very frustrating and concerning. Hopefully it will get repaired tomorrow or Monday the latest.

They are like the throw back to the old time hardware store. You could find anything in their store like I said I have an older house so whether it was washers or keys or radiators or you name it they have it. I took something else in there and they fixed it there is the store. It was some kind of plumbing faucet and he he fixed it in front of me while I was standing there.

I had searched in vain for someone to fix the fogged-up glass on a vinyl upstairs window. Window companies were no help -- they wanted to sell me a new window at fabulous expense. Hodges simply said that this service is what they do. Sure enough, when I brought the window to their small shop, it was filled with similar windows awaiting repair. They offer (and did for me) same-day service. Now I can enjoy a clear view out my window.
