David and Ramel did a great job painting my townhouse. Their quote came in significantly lower than the others I got, which saved me hundreds. I even asked for some additional work to be done and they were able to accommodate that as well. They gave me a timeline of 5 days and it was done in about 3. I did find a few issues with some finishing details, which they addressed for me before completing the project. Thank you both for an outstanding job.

The painter was very punctual, neat, efficient and knowledgeable. If he had any doubts about something, he would ask before continuing. We love our new LR!

Dave and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Dave responded to my initial request for an estimate the same day I submitted it and came out within a day or two to give us an estimate. He recommended waiting to do the exterior painting until temperatures stabilized to ensure the paint would cure properly and stayed in touch until we scheduled the work to be done. The paint job surpassed our expectations by far - work was thorough with excellent attention to detail and absolutely no mess left behind. The work area was immaculate. Dave and his team were very professional and I have already recommended them to family members looking for quality painters. It’s such a pleasant surprise these days to find someone who does quality work for a fair price and delivers excellent customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Dave, Remel & Tim did a great job. They painted a screened carport & the ceiling in our house. The paint jobs on both were truly perfect. They didn't get any paint on the screens or on the walls inside. They cleaned up & put furniture back. They were professional & friendly. We are very pleased.

I want to commend DCM Custom Painting and its owner, David Mielke, for the exceptional job they did renovating my 30 year old patio woodwork including an arbor, picket fence and trellis. The work consisted of exterior carpentry, prep work and painting. Every aspect of this job was completed with old world craftsmanship. David and his painter, Remel, are people who take pride in their work, and treat your home as if it was their own property. My wife and I feel that our patio woodwork looks better than when it was built. I would strongly recommend this wonderful company to anyone who wants a painting job done with extreme attention to every detail.

The work went superbly. The painter (Ramel) was on time, courteous and professional and did a beautiful job. In past years I pursued some activities that called for brackets and other hardware to be mounted on eaves and roof and had no trouble darting up a 42' ladder, but have "aged out" of that. Ramel removed these items and left clean soffits and roof, a kind addition to the painting work. Cleanup at the end of the two-day project was excellent. The white paint (the job was primarily white on wood) is bright and looks beautiful, two coats of Sherwin Williams gloss. The power washing (a couple of weeks earlier) revealed more rotten wood than was apparent at first, and DCM asked that I have it repaired before painting could proceed. Another local firm handled this in one morning and despite the additional cost this repair clearly was required for the top-quality job that was DCM’s goal. The final result is that my house looks beautiful, and I’m pleased to have chosen DCM for the project.

It is beautiful! The entire inside was painted including a 3 story stair railing that now looks stunning. My deck, shutters and door were done outside. Without a doubt will hire again

We live out of state and our rental property in MD needed a lot of work. Prior tenants damaged a lot of the walls and ceilings. David made this stressful process seamless! From beginning to the end we were notified and kept up to speed. Job was quickly turned around and looks amazing as well. Very affordable and would use and recommend again.

DCM Custom Paintings was the best! All communications were clear and prompt leading up to the job. Dave came to our townhouse prior to do a walk through. He actually pointed out things to me that his team would patch/repair prior to painting. Some were repairs that were expected. Others, I thought, were things that I would have to live with. Not the case! Everything was patched! I had the entire interior of my townhouse painted. Walls, ceiling, doors, closets and trim. The entire job was completed in one week, by one person!! What an excellent job he did as well!! The entire upstairs of the townhouse is carpeted including the stairs. There was not a bit of paint on the carpet anywhere. Including around the baseboard trim. I’m a stickler for details and was apprehensive about how that would turn out, no worries! Could not be happier about the outcome. I would definitely recommend DCM Custom Paintings for your next project. You won’t be sorry!!

I cant say enough good words to express my satisfaction with DCM painting. The painting was fabulous and my neighbor said done perfectly great job pick up and clean. Very professional workmanship and didn't missed anything. I definitely will call David Mielke again and would definitely refer him to all and thanks to Rammo fo a great job. Very comfortable to deal with no pressure and very helpful.

The painting the first time was excellent , David the owner of DCM Painting is great to work with. Does exactly what you want, they are very neat and efficient. The second time David pulled off a great surprise for me to paint my very large bedroom, bathroom and sitting area including all the trim and doors and completed. I can’t say enough about his employee Ramel. He does a great job and goes above and beyond all expectations. My husband was so surprised and happy that I had that done, he couldn’t believe we pulled that off. We highly recommend DCM Painting, love the work they do.

The painting work was top notch. The work included painting the trim and the majority of the interior of the house. Would highly recommend! The work was done in the agreed upon timeframe and communication with the painter was prompt and professional.

This was an exterior painting project that needed to be completed before the Homeowner Association Nazis did their regular spring tour of homes. Dave & Rumel were super easy to work with. The job was scheduled painlessly and promptly. The work was done beyond my expectations. Rumel cleaned up after the work, not a speck of debris was to be found. Absolutely Amazing! Dave and Rommel took all the stress away from my well overdue painting project. I did not have to worry about even the smallest detail. They automatically had it covered. They were very prompt, efficient, extremely meticulous, and budget-friendly. My walls/ceilings had many imperfections, water stains, and nail pops. It was a very overwhelming and tedious project requiring a lot of spackling/sanding and mess. I was blown away at how amazing everything looks, how quickly everything was completed, and absolutely No mess!!! I would highly recommend!!

Excellent. The contractors were on time each day. They covered all my furniture and belongings with plastic and were careful with not breaking anything. Contractors were polite and respectful. I have used DCM twice now snd will use them again for some additional painting in a couple of months.

We had a ton of damage and holes in our ceiling and walls, some of which were very large. We cannot believe the fantastic job that Rommel did patching them. He fixed every single blemish and painted the house quickly and with perfection. We would 100% use them for any job and recommend them.
