Amazing service and design concepts. He was just very much on time , very professional , job was done on time and had exceeded every expectation me and my wife had. I would recommend them 1000% to anybody looking for a pro to remodel kitchen.

Shawn and his team were spectacular. The team was pleasant and polite -not something you usually find in this trade. Shawn took or returned every call promptly. They removed walls to make the main bath larger, also between kitchen and dining room. Shawns got an eye for design as well as construction. I love how he took my ideas, which were only half formed, finished them out and made them in to a reality. It went so well, we hired them for the phase two. They took down an old porch and put in a new screened in porch, and extend the master bedroom by 14 feet. I had other contractors in the house at the time. Creative Equity Builders worked with or around other contractors on the property. I didn’t have them do floors, blinds or custom shelving, but they were kind and professional enough to work around and with those other contractors to make my job a success. The job ran over a few weeks, but it was due to snow, and they couldn’t help that. Over all, we are thrilled with our ‘new’ home. We’ll add a cooking center to the porch and a larger bathroom on the lower level next year, and Shawn will be the first call we make. We love our dream home. Would be happy to show our home to potential customers, if you’d like to see his work before you commit.

Shawn and John of CEB designed and built the shower in our master bathroom. Once it was completed, it looked great! Shawn was very responsive and patient with us during the interview, design, and building process. Both he and the main builder, John, allowed us to be part of the decision-making at every step during the installation. This project was not without its issues. On the 3rd day of the project (after the water lines were installed) one of the pipes separated in the middle of the night and water began to pour out of the pipe, behind the concrete wallboard, and flood the ceiling above our kitchen. Water began running from our recessed lighting in the kitchen ceiling, onto the counters, and down to the floor. Luckily we woke up and shut off the main water valve in the basement! We immediately called Shawn (at 3am) and both he and John were there within 30 minutes to assess the problem, fix the pipe, and start the repair on the kitchen ceiling. Our comment then (and still remains) is that accidents happen; what is important is how you handle the situation. In our opinion, we feel Shawn and John did much more than I believe most contractors would have done in that situation. They were apologetic and they repaired the area on the ceiling, to include re-painting, and offered to install our new kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal as repayment for our inconvenience. When the job was finished, we had an issue with water leaking underneath the door during the first shower. Shawn and John came back the next day and fixed the tilt on the curb underneath the door, correcting the problem. Once complete, Shawn was very thorough going over the detail work, spotting areas needing attention, and correcting any issues. His attention to detail was much appreciated! CEB’s strengths are the ability to design a project collaboratively with the client, knowledge of design and aesthetics, use of high-grade materials, response to issues and customer desires or concerns, and communication. The workmanship is very good and once completed and inspected, I expect you will be happy with the product! We highly recommend CEB for any remodeling project you may have!

Creative Equity Builders recently remodeled our master bath and a second full bathroom in our home. We could not be more pleased with the outcome! We immediately liked Shawn and sensed that he not only loves what he does but that he would be honest and trustworthy. He spent a lot of time discussing what we wanted, in great detail. One of the best things about working with Shawn was his designing skills. My husband and I had a general sense of the “look” we were going for but were clueless beyond that as far as specifics. There are so many options and possibilities out there that it is just overwhelming. Shawn helped us to identify what we would like, with the added caveat that we wanted a final product that would likely appeal to a younger family who will probably be buying our home in 4-5 years when we plan to move. We also had a relatively modest budget, adding another layer of complexity. Shawn narrowed down our choices and helped us to “put it all together,” something we would never have been able to do on our own. Shawn and his crew completed both bathrooms in a timely manner and were very respectful of our home in terms of protecting the floors, blocking out the dust, etc. Shawn shopped around and purchased high-quality products. They did excellent work with great attention to detail. We are thrilled with the finished product! Our favorite element is a gorgeous custom shower in our master bath, although both bathrooms are beautiful, with a much-needed, updated look. Shawn’s eye for design combined with high-quality work and respect for our budget made for a very successful remodel. We would use Creative Equity Builders for any future remodeling work, no question!

I made the call to Creative Equity Builders and a very polite representative scheduled a time with myself to come out. From the moment the representative arrived, (very punctual) I really felt like he was partnering with me to meet all my design requests and incorporate everything I wanted into my custom designed bathroom. I could tell he was very passionate about his work, and he was very knowledgeable about the whole entire remodel, offering suggestions and showing me many different designs and options to meet my request. I have dealt with many other home improvement companies in the past and all of them seemed sub-par especially compared to Creative Equity Builders.
