Laying rocks under the deck was great. Everything else was either not completed or done poorly. We PREPAID for the entire thing. We have been trying for 2 months to get a maintenance contract and a meeting with someone to discuss the issues. No one has responded. I sent a detailed email with pictures of my concerns over a week ago. The office confirmed they received the email, but still no one has acknowledged it. Mistake happen, I understand, but we have give more than ample time for yout o rectify it. Now our yard is an embarrassment.

It was great. Took 13 hours they stayed until the job was done. Drew Miller is great with an amazing crew. They were professional, prompt. My neighbors have been complementing my new wall saying now nice it looks. I am very happy will be using them again in future. They went above and beyond.
