Everything turned out fine with the company but I just decided not to do the work. The crew was very nice and through in his estimate. I didn’t have any problems with the company at all.

I have been using this company for a few years now and have been very happy with them. The crew was always on time to the job each day and was very professional as well. Overall, I don’t have any complaints about them. I would recommend this company to anyone.

During the installation the servicemen set the motor to run to sensitive. During a huge snow storm last winter I was out of power for a few days because the generator wasn’t working. It really was of no use to us to have the generator. I called the company and they eventually came out to correct the problem. On there second trip out they finally corrected the issue. The generator is working fine now. After all was said and done the company didn’t even apologize for the mistake.

I would say that everything turned out as I expected with CDS. I don’t really have anything bad to say about them. The crew was very professional and friendly. I appreciated how they took the time to explain what they were doing to me.

The crew was so nice when they came out to install the fan. I appreciated that they were able to work around other contractors. They also had great advice on how to maintain my fan. The crew was on time to the job as well. I would recommend this company to anyone.

When the company came out for the estimate everything went as planned. I just decided to go a different route. During the estimate they were very thorough in explaining the process and what would happen.

I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. We haven’t had a problem with them at all. The crew was always on time to the job and is willing to answer any of your questions. The office staff is great with communicating with you. I like how they call ahead of time. They are very knowledgeable and professional as well. I also really appreciated the suggestions they offered along the way. It was very helpful. I have recommended this company to my friends.

I have an annual contract with them and have been very happy with this company. Any time I have had an issue they have been very responsive and were out quickly to help. During the hurricane Irene the generator worked just fine throughout the storm. The crew is very friendly and understanding of your situations. They are a great group of people. However, they can be a little hard to get a hold at times. I have had several friends calling me about this company and looking into getting a generator. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Overall, everything went alright. When they were installing the fan they bent the blade which turned into a huge problem getting another ordered. The crew was on time to the job and everything else went ok. I did appreciate that they admitted to the problem and apologized for it. They even followed up by phone a few times just to make sure.

Their technical work was outstanding. The work started in October and finished in January. The various people they had come to do the electrical and plumbing work were perfect. They cleaned up after themselves and worked extremely hard. They were truly invested in doing a good job. Home Depot gave the estimate and they didn't deviate from the price. It wasn't an estimate; it was the price. That was helpful because the plumbers had to do more work than was originally anticipated and they didn't charge any extra for that. The electrician ended up spending two full days here rewiring things instead of two hours like they thought. It was really helpful. The negative thing was because CDS was so busy I ended up having to call them all the time to find out when the people were coming and sometimes they wouldn't come on time or on the right day. That was annoying. When I called to complain, they were totally responsive but I had to go through their regional manager. He was a little bit confrontational but they ended up giving us a $500 gift card, which was nice. At the end of the day we have a really good functioning generator that works great even though it took 3 1/2 months to get it done. The pricing was on the high end. It was a 17-kilowatt generator but it could have been a lot higher. The electrical work took longer than they anticipated and they had to pipe natural gas all the way around to the back so there was a significant amount of piping that had to be done. Their technical work was superb. They were not the easiest people to deal with as far as the central office but the workers that came out were terrific. They were nice and we felt safe. They cleaned up well. CDS didn’t have anything to do with the price. Home Depot set the price and that is whom we paid. I don’t think we would use CDS in the future.

The company did not fulfill its service contract obligation. Based on their non-response to my letter dated August 10, 2010, it appears the company has no intention of resolving the issue.
