Description of Work: Installed a generator and interior power panel. They also did all prep work with permits and needed coordination with the local gas company.

Description of Work: Survey, plan, install a 17KW natural air-cooled gas generator. The meter upgrade was another $400.00. The work was well planned and the generator still works today.

Description of Work: I recently had a front entry way door installed by CDS. They were subcontracted by Home Depot, so the price I paid was to Home Depot. |All of my neighbors are raving. They did an excellent job |I also had a Generax generator installed by CDS in September of 2013. |My only beef with that was that the holes made in the basement ceiling for placing the gas line was never repaired by them.I am still working on that. |I have had no problems with the generator.

Description of Work: We purchased a whole house generator from them several years ago. The installation is complicated and they performed it very well, coordinating with the gas company, getting permits etc. We have a maintenance contract with them and so far we have not had any problems. They schedule the maintenance automatically and notify me ahead of time (I do not have to be home but it is considerate that they notify me anyway). I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Found later that cost does not include upgrade of Gas meter nor Generator sizing assessment for the home. |Submit request to Wash Gas 9/9/2012 (signed 10/11/2012) It was pre-dated and sent with the sales agreement; both signed and returned all paper work on 10/12/2012. |Gas Meter Upgrade 10/25/2012 Split system and increased meter size (from Al-175 to AL-425) at a cost of $398.00. |Generator delivered and installed 11/10/2012 Generac model #58731, 17KW w/Auto transfer switch. Signed invoice and called CDS for next 1/3 payment. |Electrical Permit 11/08/2012 Received permit for Andrews Electrical Service |Corrective Action 05/02/2013 Gas line not bonded from gas meter back to the electrical main panel. Problem fixed for re-inspection. |Corrective Action 07/02/2013 Generator not charging. Neutral wire under neutral bar was too far in and not making contact. 1st tech replaced the battery but didn't solve problem; 2nd tech corrected the neutral wire issue. |

Description of Work: installed permant house generator (natural gas) runs heat and air plus most electrical does not run stove wonderful used 2 weeks ago no problens

Description of Work: CDS provided the emergency generator, installed it and has serviced it twice a year ever since. I have had the generator for at least 7 years and have no trouble with it or with CDS.

Description of Work: Routine check and cleaning. Originally installed the generator. They took care of all the details,permits, electrical work,gas lines etc.
