BARBER MECHANICAL SERVICE

We called looking for an estimate for a ductless split system to be installed on our roof. A rep came out, was certainly courteous enough, took all the information, and we received no estimate. We called several times, and could only leave messages with a receptionist. They never called back.

When I called Barber Mechanical, the secretary was sympathetic to our situation and called her supervisor. She explained that it was possible that we could be added on to the next day's schedule and said they would call us in the morning. Just as promised, I received a call early the next morning. The technician was courteous and respectful, and questioned me about the problem. He agreed to come to our home within the hour. He and his helper were very punctual and cooperative and they listened to what I had to say. They were quick to diagnose the problem (a worn blower motor and blower wheel) and showed the damaged parts. They answered my questions politely and with accuracy. The technician took down the make and model of our unit and promised that someone from the company would call back with an estimate. An hour later, a representative called me with the promised estimate, which was affordable. An hour after I accepted the estimate, the workers arrived at my home and made the necessary repair. They were polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves as well. I am happy to say that our home is cool now thanks to their help.
