BabyCare Carpet Cleaning

We felt it went really well. We have a dog that sheds a lot and he did a great job with the couches and getting the dog hair up (even though our dog does not go on furniture). He was able to pre-treat and remove some stains. He made sure all furniture was propped up so the carpets would dry and not get mold. He was efficient and it was a large job. The living social deal was great, but I would use this company again in the future without the deal. The only issue/concern we had is that some puddles were left in the house (kitchen, bathroom, hallway). He had pointed them out and we had provided some rags and assumed he would complete the clean-up, but he left. I am not sure if he forgot, but the cleanup of the soiled water and such should have been handled by the company. It was the owner of the company that did all of the work by himself. He was very nice and gave us coupons when he left. He worked really hard. Our furniture looks great as do our carpets. We are really happy with the finished work.
