Very responsive, worked in all conditions, never complained, didn't need anything from me, they just showed up and did a really nice job.

We loved working with Stepping Stone. We first called Stepping Stone in the fall to come out and give us an estimate for a new patio in our backyard. Jeff met with my husband and quoted us a fair price. After considering estimates from other companies and reading the reviews about Stepping Stone, we decided to have them do the patio. We called Jeff up several months after the original estimate and he was very flexible with the scheduling of our installation and accommodating when we changed our mind on the type of pavers we wanted. The work was started within two weeks of us meeting with him. During the entire process, Jeff was great to work with and very responsive to all of our questions. The guys who completed the work were very careful working around our boat and fence when they were hauling the stone and sand into the back yard. The only minor issue we had, was a slight miscommunication with the layout of the patio, and the arrival date for when the work to begin. In my experience, problems will always occur, but you can tell a good company when they are willing to do what they need to in order to fix the problem. We were thrilled with our new patio and absolutely loved how it turned out! We really liked the work that Stepping Stone did so much so that we hired them again to come back and fix our drainage problems in the backyard. We we would highly recommend Stepping Stone!
