Extremely proffessional, Garry takes pride in his work & profession. I went online looking for his services on a Sunday afternoon and he had contacted me on Sunday evening, We set up a time to meet and he was on time and when we agreed on a price / contract he one again was on time , what he estimated would take three days he actually completed in two. I would reccomend him to anyone....

I couldn't believe the responsiveness. Only have positive things to say about Garry and Master Plaster Etcetera. Never before have I experienced such great customer service. This is quite rare in today's economic climate. Garry does excellent work. Being a customer service professional myself, I know what GOOD customer service is all about. Master Plaster Etc. is the best!

Gary was excellent! He did fantastic work for a great price, explained everything to me, and cleaned up wonderfully.

In Nov2009 and Oct 2012, I used Masterplasteretcetera to repair a leak in the ceiling of my TV room. When Garry and his assistant arrived, the first thing they did was sweep the floor getting everything cleaned up BEFORE they laid down the plastic floor covering to start pulling down the damaged dry wall. They worked continuously until the old dry wall was pulled, the new drywall was installed and then, while Garry was applying the finishing touches on smoothing out the plaster and edging, his assistant methodically started repacking the truck. Then they re-swept the floor leaving everything perfectly clean. The plaster work was perfect.

They stayed in touch about the job...arrived on time...did a great job...and cleaned up. It was a pleasure working with Garry.

The work was done well, timely, and the customer service was fantastic. Though the quote was higer than other companies, I feel that the value that I received was well worth the extra money.

They were geninuely interested in doing a great job. I was taken aback when they told me they recieved "tips" for outstanding work and I would be impressed. NOT. I took that as they "expected" a tip. I was VERY disappointed in the mess the left behind. They also fixed a hole they forgot to put drywall on and it looked like a 2-year old did it! Their response was "sorry for the miss understanding" (sp)HUH? I spent almost 2 days cleaning up after them. I told them that cleaning up should be part of the job. I almost deducted some money for time I spent cleaning, yes, it was that messy. Get everything in writing INCLUDING CLEANING UP !

Garry came out on time and went right to work. He showed and explained everything he was doing and I even helped along with the repair-learned alot. Perfect gentlemen and I would recommend that you ask for Garry to come out.
