My experience with Mike was very -pleasant, He knew what had to be done and went about the task of replacing my water heater. I took a hot shower about an hour later.

We spoke with 2 other contractors first. They tried to tell us our system was a different age than what I knew it was, and tried to get us to pay for unnecessary work. Hunt's were honest, knew what they were doing, gave us a break on labor and even refunded our service call fee when we hired them. Very happy.

What a great service we received! The technician (Jimmy) was at our house w/i 15 minutes of contacting HomeAdvisor. The work was completed and I also learned some things. Jimmy also referred us to the HVAC department for some other work we need. He scheduled the appointment for us. What an excellent professional!!

They called to inquire about my request within 5 minutes. Mike came the next day and diagnosed my problem and made an appointment to come back and fix. He was extremely helpful and explained the required work in detail in language I could understand. He completed the job quite efficiently. We were so pleased we had them complete work in my other home the same week. The receptionist even remembered my name and that I had work scheduled at a different home the same week. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing concerns.

Received same day appointment for routine system tune up. Customer Service was friendly, and service technician was knowledgeable. Technician arrived within the service appointment time window. I signed a one year service contract because I was so impressed. Highly recommend using this company.

Because I was concerned about the diagnosis and estimate from the technician sent out by my Home Warranty Company, I contacted Hunt. They were able to send a technician out the same day. The technician called and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was able to determine the original diagnosis was inaccurate and included parts not event installed on my heating unit. He was able to repair the unit for less than a third of the cost in the original estimate. Glad I called them.

The technicians did a great job diagnosing the problem, explaining what was wrong, and taking care of the problem. Highly recommend.
