Warren Hunt was the first to respond to my request with help my A/C and was able to give me an appointment that worked with my schedule. Other repairpersons had called subsequently but I went along with Hunt. I was surprised that Hunt's diagnostic fee was not included in the total cost of the service. Other repair persons had assured me that the initial fee would be included with the service charges. I should not have assumed that Hunt's policy was different. Hunt also told me that a part was broken and charged me nearly $200 for that part but I never saw the part or saw him replace anything. He didn't offer to explain or show me the work. He was also very condescending - lecturing - rather than respectful and helpful in talking about maintenance. My system was also leaking considerably. There was another fee for him to see what was causing it to leak. Turns out I just needed to flip a switch on my fuse box. - but diagnosing that cost me an additional fee. My A/C was fixed but I was left feeling another choice would have been much less expensive. After this appointment, I totally felt that I overspent and I regret selecting the first person who responded despite the good reviews. I think he kind of took advantage of the "single mom in a big house" scenario and filled his pockets as best as he could. I wish he was less condescending, more candid in talking about the "broken" part, and more generous in his diagnosis - doesn't seem fair to charge for each problem you're having with your system.

Replaced bathroom fixture and installed new plumbing for exterior of the house. They arrived on time prepared to do the job, the price quoted was more than fair and the plumber was awesome, I will definitely call them again for plumbing service and will recommend them to others.

Called us immediately after we filled out our request and made an appointment for 2days later. Came on time and even called us to give us a more precise time. Quickly examined our kitchen sink leak, discovered our garbage disposal was cracked, had a new one on his truck, replaced it and was done in about 30 minutes. Would definitely call again.

My only complaint: No one called me say they would be late. Was scheduled for a call between 8 am - 10 am. At 10 am I called the number provided (it was Home Advisor) and said I had not heard from anyone. HA had me wait on the line while they followed up. Turns out Hunt had an emergency. I understand these things happen but my whole morning was shot. Finally the plumber called me direct and said he was on his way (about an hour away); to make a long story short, I got home at 3 PM or so. I was pleased with the work and the courtesy of Hunt's employee. But please, call the customer if there are delays.
