We were contacted right away. Our old home (60+ years with 3 renovations) had a broken hot water pipe under the concrete slab foundation. Warren Hunt, the owner, came out to see the problem and offer solutions. His crew stayed on the task of first locating the pipe and then developing a plan to reroute the pipes that could not be repaired. They were on time, courteous and clean. We had hot water again soon. This company has the experience and dedication to get the job done right! Thanks!

Great people to work with and on time with quality work

Very quick response from owner, and had technician out the same day. Not only that, in adv of arriving the technician had check stock availability and had put a hold on a replacement wtr heater so that they could also do the work immediately if I wished to proceed. Had also rung around and the quote was one of the best and supported by a very knowledgeable owner which was also very reassuring.

Everything Hunt did was great except that I needed power to ran to the new water heater. So I needed an electrician. Hunt gave me a number and told me they were comfortable working with this specific electrician. I called the electrician and they were VERY overpriced but Mr Hunt told me they were who they preferred. I paid it but was not exactly pleased with the electrician. Other than that, the work that Hunt did was great and they were very professional and punctual. Great ending results.

the technician repaired a leaky faucet in our bathroom and cleaned out some kitchen pipes that were causing the dishwasher to use the overflow every time. They were quick to call, schedule, and arrived in the time frame they said they would. The price was well within the number they quoted to me over the phone for my vague unsure of what the problem was descriptions of what iIneeded. Will definitely call again if and when we need a plumber

There are a few things one looks for when help is needed and we must trust the integrity and the impact of leadership upon the individual service actions of its representatives. They are: genuine interest in the work, enthusiasm regarding the opportunity, and exceptional competence. Today, I conversed with a triage/central booking rep at 7:03am, a wonderful gentleman who was clearly in a leadership position at 7:05am, and the HVAC technician at 9:24am. The job was done successfully before noon today. The experience was so satisfying and professional that I requested their services for bi-annual HVAC maintenance. Powerful, . . Hunt understands what is lost in today's customer service climate. And I so appreciate them.
