They called me right away and we scheduled an appointment to snake the washing machine drain line. Due to the age of the pipes, they were unable to get the big snake through. They tried a backup plan by using a smaller snake. That worked. So far the water has not backed up through the floor drain. The tech suggested I replace the 60 yr old plumbing and gave me an estimate. I am pretty handy with repairs so based on his advice I will take on the replacement myself.

My experience was excellent.

Professional, courteous but most of all honest.

Had a leaking condenser and they came out and sealed it up in about a half an hour the tech inspected the entire unit and recommended some things but didn’t push any services.

Our heat went out and gave us an error code on our Trane unit. We checked with Home Advisor and Warren from Hunt plumbing, heating and air called us immediately with a diagnosis over the phone. He had a technician (Patrick) come out immediately and he quickly fixed the issue and gave us recommendations on preventive maintenance, price estimates for replacement parts, and a newer more efficient unit. Patrick provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable with the manufacturer of our unit, and even provided some troubleshooting options for future issues. Hunt Plumbing, heating and air conditioning definitely saved the day and got our furnace to kick out heat during these winter days. I will continue to do business with them and will recommend them to my family and friends.
