The customer service was outstanding from the coordinator to the technician Kieth! He explained a lot about my unit and showed me why and what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Hunt!

The plumbers were very knowledgeable and friendly and go the job done. My only issue is that they left spots of residue on my kitchen floor and dumped the diry water over my back steps onto the patio which left stains. Just keep an eye on that and you are good to go!

Quick response to my call. Technician arrived next morning, on time, tools in hand and he had my air up and running properly very quickly. He was professional, work was clean, answered all my questions and offered various solutions. My interactions with this company was overall excellent. I highly recommend Hunt A/C service. It has been three weeks and my air is still working great. My technician was Matthew.

Don't even like giving one star for this review. The tech that did the work was not very pleasant at all. Every question I asked was replied to with a very short, condescending, smart ass reply. I was asking very simple questions related to the job and the tech seemed like he just wanted to do the job and not be bothered. Time will tell if the work they did will last. As for hiring them again? No, I would definitely hire someone else. I also think that some of the charges were unnecessary and the total was high. Not again.

I hired Hunt to replace an HVAC unit in a second property. I live out of state and the technicians and office staff were very responsive and extremely helpful in explaining things over the phone.

The turnaround for my emergency sump pump replacement was an hour. They contacted me although after hours were able to send a technician out to replace my entire sump pump as it had stopped working with a rain storm.

AC was not cooling. Tech added refrigerant and now my home is nice a cool again. Thank you
