Description of Work: They found a clog in the sewer line. The technician was friendly, resolved the problem quickly and explained what he found. He worked at building a good customer relationship by staying and chatting briefly after he was finished. I appreciated that.

Description of Work: I called because I had a partial sewage blockage in the grinder/pump in my basement. they could not make it out the first day because they were on another job, but they arrived bright and early the next day. The service was quick and affordable. They did a great job explaining the problem, unclogging the jammed grinder and cleaning up afterwards. Great professional service at a very reasonable price!
