 + -1 moreHaving used Quantum Homes on 3 previous jobs, and knowing the quality of their work, I provided detailed instructions and the house key and inspencted their excellent work upon completion. I was totally satisfied, I am selling the house and in a buyers market the work must be flawless and it was!
Description of Work: REplaced and repaired 2 storm doors and surroundings. Seamed carpet in 2 rooms, installed base trim in 1 room, power washed three outdoor steps and painted railings. Fixed back year gutters and buried downspout drainage pipes and installed fron yard gate.

Description of Work: Removed the shower and bathtub and replaced it with a tiled shower, reworked the plumbing, added a bathroom window and installed crown molding.

 + -1 moreThe project went very well. Workers were there when they said they would be, coordinated with us throughout the project, and followed through. Work was guaranteed. They started by doing a walk around the house to evaluate the amount of rotted wood, then prepared a brief estimate and Gordon Gould reviewed it with me at which time I agreed to the cost and gave him a binder. From there on the work was scheduled on a day by day basis. The job was actually done on a cost plus basis and I was well satisfied with that.
Description of Work: Contractor checked all fascia boards for rot, replaced many, and wrapped all replacements and some that had not been done previously. He had to take down all gutters and when finished with the primary job put them back up. He also gave the exterior of the house a thorough inspection for other needed maintenance and did replace one garage window. I was well satisfied with his work. Chuck Hager
