GREENSCAPE LLC

This company is based in McHenry MD, but did work for us in Morgantown WV. As of this year they have ceased servicing the Morgantown area. The landscaping turned out okay, although they stretched it out over many weeks when it could have been done a lot quicker. They were repeatedly stopping to do other projects elsewhere. Two trees they planted last summer did not do well. I notified them two months ago and again last month, and they have still not come to assess them. They supposedly guarantee their work for up to a year, but I have yet to see any proof of that. I communicated this concern to them again yesterday, and was informed they could not tell me when they would be back but that I remained in their tracking system. We paid them over $15K for landscaping but they have been poorly responsive in backing up their work. As far as lawn maintenance goes, last year they neglected our lawn for a couple of weeks because one of their employees went on a trip. This displays a complete lack of professionalism. We are not happy with our experience and we would not recommend Greenscapes LLC to anyone. Update: Last month they agreed to reimburse us within 10 days for the trees that didn't survive, rather than replace them. We have yet to receive any reimbursement. My advice to anyone looking for landscapers is to avoid Greenscapes!
