I had a loose kitchen sink for several months, had gotten a handyman to try to fix it, but it had gotten worse and completely dropped down from the granite, had to be propped up. The original installer, Planet Granite, was no longer in the area and I called a number of handyman services, plumbers, and other granite installers but they all said they did not do this type of repair. I found that Vinci was very responsive and did great work. He completely cleaned out old sealer and grout, resealed, replaced the clips, and added an additional support.

We were remodeling our condo in Baltimore long distance since we lived in St Louis MO. we picked the granite slab from Pinacle in Baltimore. Vinci picked it up, measured the space, and with the help of our contractor did everything that was necessary to finish the job. They installed the countertop and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Out countertop looks beautiful.

Someone had recommended them to me about six years ago. They were really good. I was really impressed. We cannot go there unless we make an appointment. They are open from Monday to Friday and don't have long hours.

Customer service and installation employees were friendly, professional, punctual and cleaned up nicely. There were a few mis-communications in replacing a damaged backsplash. However, once this was resolved it was corrected relatively promptly.

THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL FROM THE EARLY DESIGN STAGE TO THE TEMPLATE WORK THROUGH THE INSTALLATION. THEY CONFIDENTLY WORKED THROUGH THE PROBLEMS AND ALL ENDED WELL!
