Description of Work: We got a few things done for this price. Land Art did the following activities installed escavated a 5' wide area along a wall installed a 4 ' high 20' retaining wall using EP Henry materials. Re shaped the slope to improve water runoff mulched three (3) flower beds installed swaled to manage water runoff (waiting to see if the grass will grow).

+ -1 moreI called Brian Moran because he was recommended by a friend whose landscaping I admired. Brian came out within a day or two to look over our project. After this visit my husband and I decided on a different plan than the one we had discussed. I emailed Brian to tell him about the different direction. He emailed a detailed proposal including the changes within a day or two. When I emailed questions Brian came out again to make sure everything was clearly understood. Brian estimated work could start in about two weeks and it would take 1 1/2 days. After we accepted the proposal, Brian emailed to let us know when the work would start. Brian was onsite at the start of the project and he came back several times as the work progressed. All in all, this was a very positive experience. We particularly liked Brian's hands-on approach. He kept us informed of what to expect and when to expect it.
Description of Work: Land Art put in a flagstone path surrounded by pea gravel. The path is about 40 - 50 feet in length. They removed existing white gravel from six bushes surrounding part of the path and replaced it with tan stone. They leveled areas that had been dug up due to gas and electric trenching to a generator. They also planted grass seed and covered it with straw where needed.
