They built a high quality of fence. It's very nice. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and they did everything they said they were going to do. They cleaned up when they were done. It looks really nice.

Workers showed up when scheduled and reviewed changes of layout with me. They laid out fence and support post locations and began digging for posts. Post holes were dug to 24" below grade. Frost line is 18" in my area. They set end posts and in concrete and set layout string line for intermediate posts. Day one all posts were installed and the area graded. 3 days were given for concrete to set before fencing was installed on the posts. The fencing was completed and the and gate ope

Requested a quote from this provider roughly one month ago. Provider came to residence and worked on an estimate. Promised me a quote later that evening. One week went by, I followed-up. Provider advised he was 'really busy' and 'behind' and promised me a quote for 2 days later. Another week goes by, I follow-up again. Provider advised that 'he ran out of time' and asked if I was still interested in a quote, as if I were bothering him. I said yes. Never heard back from him. I am not sure if this is the norm, but a business that is this bad with timeliness, responsiveness, and service is someone I would avoid at all costs in the future. What a waste of time.

I used them once before and my neighbors have used them as well. I called in and the woman told me the gentleman that services my area was out of town, but they would call me back when he's available. I never received a call back and I chose not to pursue it.

Request for estimate was honored within three days. Cost was lower by more than 20 percent than other estimates. I was given the choise of two fence manufacturers. Installation was started on time and completed quickly. Installers were very professional and cleaned up the job site when finished. I would definitely use this contractor again.

They did a good job, not great but good. No major complaints. Every step of the way they could have had one thing done better. Estimator could have been a little more helpful. Communication between myself and the company between deposit and work start could have been better (I had to call them majority of the time). Finally the install was good except the gates are nice be not has nice as I was hoping and I found some scraps and trash on the outside of the fence. Overall they did a good job. ** Note - the time between schedule and work start was a couple days, HOWEVER, the time between initial deposit cashed and start of work was about 3 weeks.
