After a month, I contacted the owned, Ron Ecker, and asked when he was going to repair the damage. He gave me Chris's phone number, his service guy that helped him with the original move and was the one who promised to fix the damage in front of two other witnesses besides myself. I was told by Mr Ecker that they would have to charge me to come out and repair the damage. I told him that was not my understanding. After abusive language from Mr Ecker I informed him I would contact the credit card company and dispute the transaction, which I have done. I contacted a reputable dealer who would do the repair work for 450.00 and feel it only fair that Mr Ecker be responsible for those charges and refund what I paid him. I would advise not using him services to anyone else and have filed complaint with Better Business Bureau also.
