+ -1 moreMy AC broke during a week when we had a stretch of 100+ degree days. Adam was able to come on short notice. He explained everything and went above and beyond what most contractors would do. He was going to charge me less than $100, but I insisted since he went the extra mile for me.
Description of Work: Came out and inspected my AC unit, determined that I needed a new capacitor. It was late in the day and he didn't have any with him that would fit my unit, so he went to Home Depot even though he was pretty sure they don't carry them. They don't, but he ran into a friend he was able to get one from. He came back and was finished in 5 minutes.
