+ 1 moreI found Chris to be very professional and knowledgeable. His forman Luke ran a very diligent crew working many long hours and being very thorough . The work area was always left as neat as possible when not working.
Description of Work: Gravel sidewalk and patio replaced with stamped concrete, and deccoritive wall and footers added for an addition by another company.

Description of Work: My husband and I contracted with this company in the summer of 2010 to re-do the concrete steps and walkway leading to our home. At first the salesman , Rocky, who was also the foreman for the job was very pleasant. (at first). We were promised the steps would look great. Instead of tearing the steps down, Rocky suggested to pour over the existing steps and it would be structurally sound. I should mention that, just prior to signing the contract, we had work done to a sewer line that is right against the walkway and the porch/steps that need to be re-done. This means we had a mound of dirt just sitting in our front yard because it had not settled (this was a new concept for my husband and I). At the suggestion of Rocky, we paid them to haul away the mound of dirt because he said it would never settle back into the ground. After the first few rains, we quickly realized that we paid for nothing. We were left with a big ditch that was a danger to anyone who might go to close. We called C2 Concrete and they took their time bringing us dirt back. However, the dirt that was brought back was not the same as was taken away. it is sort of clay like. It is too soft and as a result the side of the porch and steps are now compromised. We took care of the concrete as suggested by the Rocky the contractor. Now that summer is over and the season has changed, we have noticed cracks in the concrete. The concrete is less than a year old. We were told that we had a one year warranty. I called a few days ago and did not get an answer so I left a message on the voicemail. In addition, I followed up with an email and have yet to get a response. I would not recommend the use of this company.
