Description of Work: Full disclosure: I haven't bought or sold a home through Tina Beliveau. I used to work as an admin at one of Tina's former brokerages. Her work ethic immediately stood out. She and I have remained very close since our experiences at that office and I've immensely enjoyed watching her soar to the top. I work in mortgages now and it's been quite a few years since Tina and I first met but to this day, I recommend everyone I know to Tina. I know a LOT of realtors but Tina is always my first pick to send friends and family to because she has never once let anyone down. She has such a drive and such a passion to not only help clients buy or sell but also to make it a personal and more importantly, FUN experience. I have never met another agent who makes the real estate experience as pleasant as Tina and her team.

Description of Work: Tina represented us in the purchase of our home. She was great. We never felt pressured to buy. In fact, she recommended to us that we see more homes before making an offer. She was very responsive throughout the experience. In fact, she and her associates provided us excellent service long after our original purchase. Description of Work: Tina was our realtor for buying our house. She was patient and helpful when we started out with very little idea of what we were looking for; as we narrowed down our scope and started looking at homes we were actually considering putting offers on, she was able to make everything happen quickly. As it happened, due to schedules, it was her associate who actually showed us the house we now own, and who was there for the inspection, but Tina still did all the legwork for assembling the offer and handling all of the back and forth, even over a weekend. Overall it was great to work with her.
