Everything went better than we could have imagined. Everyone was extremely friendly right from the start, and we could tell we weren't just another sale. Everyone we interacted with was extremely personable. We were able to get any and all questions taken care of promptly. Our agent, Kim, and the Beliveau group guided us step by step through the home buying process and did everything they could to help us. We would highly recommend using The Beliveau Group!!!! We definitely will be using them again for any real estate needs!

We absolutely adored working with Kim Lally and the entire Beliveau Group. Kim was incredibly professional, responsive, and nice. We would contact her just about any time of the day on any day of the week and always heard back nearly immediately. She was wonderfully patient with us as we viewed home after home and as we began to shift our expectations (our search coincided with a huge boom in property values in the area in which we were searching initially). Kim was honest in her assessments of what we were viewing and also was extremely helpful in thinking through what was possible (and impossible) with each home. This was our third home purchase, and Kim is by far our favorite agent yet. Once we settled on a place, the entire Beliveau Group kicked into action. Amy Lindsey was great in guiding us through the final stages of getting the contract together. And, after getting several estimates, we are using some of their contractors to do work on the home we purchased. Tl;dr: The Beliveau Group and Kim Lally provided exceptional service. We would definitely use them again and have already been recommending them to all of our friends.

The Beliveau group excels in their customer service, interpersonal skills and communication. Tina and her team are the best. The decision to downsize from a four bedroom home to a condo was a big one. I knew what my needs were and what I wanted. The group listened and did their research in helping me find the right place for me.

Tina and her entire team are some of the most professional people I have ever worked with. From the first email to closing, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and just plain friendly. I spoke with two agents before a friend referred me to Tina. I knew immediately that we were in good hands. Other agents just can't run a business as well as Tina! It went very well. Ours was not a straight forward transaction, with multiple complex contingencies (zoning approvals, septic permits), and issues (termite damage, well contamination), that needed to be buttoned down prior to settlement. Kim and the Beliveau team helped us navigate the various obstacles and negotiated effectively on our behalf to get us the best deal possible. We hired Tina to help us purchase a "move-up" home and sell our home. We had many items on our wish list, so our search took almost a year. We were very happy with our home selling experience. The Beliveau group explained all steps in the home selling process and were available to answer all questions. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the photography of our home and the strong social media presence of our listing.

Both the sale of the house and the purchase of my hew house (both in Canton, Baltimore City) were wonderful experiences. The entire team at The Beliveau Group (TBG) was professional, responsive, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the entire process ran smoothly. Like most professionals, I have a very busy schedule (including work on weekends), and the thought of selling and buying a house at the same time can be somewhat overwhelming. Outside of having to be present for a home inspection or a final walk through of the properties, the team at TBG handled everything on my behalf (of course after getting my authorization via e-mail or over the phone). They handled occasional house cleaning, contractor repairs, easement negotiations with the neighboring property owner of my new house, and they even assisted in making sure the easement and new property records were filed properly before settlement. The bottom line is that they understood that I had a busy schedule and were willing to handle both transactions from the initial consultation (determining list price, offer price, etc.) to settlement. Tina and her team at TBG are, in my mind, a premier real estate team, and I would HIGHLY recommend her/them to any of my friends, family, and clients.

Tina responded, to our amazement, twenty minutes after we'd sent an e-mail inquiry at midnight. It ended up that she was driving, and the timing had worked, but we were still surprised at the rapid response. That set the tone for everything that followed. Kristin followed up next morning, and we were starting to see candidate houses by mid-day. This was ideal, since we had only a three-day time-window for looking. In fact, we'd initially called a nationally recognized real-estate firm and been told that our schedule was just fine. The reason for our late-night e-mail had been the realization that our original real-estate firm wasn't able to fit us into their schedule. Tina and Kristin not only fit us into their schedule, but made us feel like family, as they offered help and advice throughout the process. We, with their help, were able to fairly quickly narrow our search down to the right area and our initial bid was accepted. The rest of the Beliveau Group was then also an aid in getting everything together for the closing. We had help with choosing the home inspector, with negotiating changes, even with getting our loan. This all went very smoothly and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. Lastly, we should add that we found Tina's listing via Angie's List, so we've become convinced that this was the easiest way to find a high quality real-estate person.

We couldn't have imagined a realtor so responsive, hard bargaining and psychologically astute as Tina.
