It went very well. Kim came out to view my house and provide advice on what should be done before listing and what I did not have to do, and after the do list was accomplished the agency provided staging and priced the house. The agency provided valuable contacts for service providers to accomplish some of the to-do list I couldn't handle on my own. Then they had photographs taken and posted. Throughout the time that my house was on the market Kim and the support team at her office were regularly in touch with me, and provided real time updates on showings and feedback from the showings. When I received an offer, Kim provided valuable advice during negotiations (e.g., regarding the inspection report and the buyers' requests for repairs or credits, and of course regarding a proposed counter offer on the sales price). I would definitely recommend this agency and Kim in particular.

There aren’t enough superlatives in the English language to describe how amazing, wonderful, and fantastic Kim, Alison, and the Beliveau Group were for our first home buying experience. From our first meeting with Kim to talk about what we were looking for (and our very short timeline for house buying – we needed a house in less than 3 months!), we were sold on Kim’s skills as an agent (and we had previously considered two other agents with different companies). Kim was amazingly on top of every part of the process and incredibly communicative. She was knowledgeable about every step of the home buying process, and helped us whittle down our initial interest list based on our expressed wants and needs. Kim worked miracles with the seller’s agent on the house we wanted to get us every advantage possible on a ridiculously short timeline. Kim and Alison both helped tremendously in dealing with our mortgage company, and even went to bat for us when things got hairy, and helped us get a substantial amount of money returned to us at closing. Alison stayed in touch throughout the end of the contract and closing process to keep us up to date on everything that was happening. We’re writing this now 6 weeks AFTER closing, and both Kim and Alison have helped (and continue to help) us navigate new homeownership concerns – liaising with our home warranty company, recommending electricians, HVAC technicians, etc., and following up on every single issue we asked about super quickly. We could go on and on, but suffice it to say The Beliveau Group (Kim and Alison!) is INCREDIBLE and we recommend them without reservation.

The sale was handled in an exceptionally effective manner. In the last 10 years, I've bought and sold around 20 houses in California and Georgia, so I've hired perhaps a dozen realtors. All were good and two were exceptional. The Beliveau Group ranks with the very best. They employ a way of distributing work that I'd never encountered before. I'd always dealt with one agent through the entire process. The Beliveau Group has one rep, called a Listing Concierge, who handles the representation contract, the listing, and the process from acceptance of the purchase contract through closing. Another agent does the actual showing and advises on the setting of the listing price and preparation of the house for sale. The Group even has a staging specialist whose services, at least in my case, were included in the standard commission. My house was vacant, and with a small amount of material she made the house look more attractive and focused attention on its best features - a truly amazing skill. I was a little concerned about the division of responsibility between the listing and showing agents, but the system worked beautifully, mainly because the two agents communicated with me and each other so effectively. We handled a lot of exchanges by email given the distance involved, and it worked like a charm, mainly because these folks have been taught the importance of responsiveness. If I had a concern, I could send it in by email and be sure that it would be addressed within an hour or two, and often even sooner than that. The listing concierge, Carleigh Goetz, was just outstanding. The buyer proved to be a bit of a problem, trying to lower the agreed-upon price by making requests for repairs and allowances even though the house was already in beautiful shape. There were a couple of valid issues that Carleigh quickly attended to, but the bulk of the requests were unjustifiable, and Carleigh had to hold the line on my behalf. Despite a very nice manner of dealing with people, she proved to be quite the bulldog when she needed to be, and the buyer's disruptions were resolved without impacting either the price or the timeliness of closing. We also had some obstacles that arose from the buyer's lender and the title company, and Carleigh handled those as well. I've done a lot of customer service work, and managed some fairly large and complex customer service operations for many years, and have observed that some people are good at being nice, and others are good at being tough, but it's rare to find someone who can slip smoothly and gracefully between these modes when needed. Carleigh did that very well, and a result, I had little to worry about. I give the Beliveau Group my highest recommendation.

Our relationship with Tina Beliveau and her group started as so many do these days: online. We found her on Angie's List. She got such good reviews we knew we had to meet her. During the initial consultation she gave us a 2 page list of things we needed to do to get our house ready to be sold. She also referred us to a handyman to do the work (at a huge discount). She even referred us to a moving company (again, at a discount). They took such wonderful pictures of our property that we questioned why we were selling such a lovely home. We had weekly conversations about the status of the listing and we made adjustments in asking price to fit the market. She listed the property on multiple real estate sites and her Facebook page and conducted a couple of open houses. I even got calls from Tina and Alisa and others in the office on weekends. More than once I got important emails from Alisa at 7 AM on Saturdays. It seems they are always available to answer questions or pass on a document or call a contractor... Within 2 months we had a contract. Tina and her group negotiated the contract better than most politicians could do. This was a bit complicated as we were not living in the area and the purchase was to provide housing for our daughter who was in graduate school in Baltimore. Kim worked seamlessly with our daughter and us to consider our needs, make recommendations, schedule a variety of visits and organize the purchase and closing. Furthermore, she helped us before closing to schedule contractors to have access to the house for bidding some work that we wanted to have done after closing.

My experience with her is excellent. She is so on the ball. I had two other realtors that couldn't sell our home. But she was fantastic. The presentation and how she lifts it and the folders and handouts that she makes was first class. Everything she does is first class. She's very honest and straitforward. I found Tina Beliveau on Angie's list due to glowing reviews of her work in our actual neighborhood. From the beginning we got great advice. Non professionals can find real estate sales and purchases to be very stressful. They evaluated the property and maximized its value with reasonable improvements that would make the house a better property for the current market, the wall to wall carpet was removed to display the hard wood floors, partially finished basement paneling was removed so the new owners could start from scratch with a clean palette, items that remained in the house were removed. This allowed representative staging to display the home's potential. Excellent preparation was anticipated by other real estate professionals who knew the property was ready for market and one open house sold the property to a wonderful, new (to the house), young family. Once a sales contract is negotiated the real nervous times begin, but the team kept us all in the loop and let us know which events were happening and when. Sometimes the consumer has to stand back and watch the professionals at work, and while they made it look easy I appreciate that it only looked easy because they were good at it.
