They helped us buy our amazing fixer upper in Hampden and walked us through every step (inspections, titling, financing, etc). They also negotiated a creative deal to get the house for the price we wanted. They continue to check in with us even 2 years later...inviting us to fun family events, thanking us for our business, and see if we need anything, making sure we still feel at home. We worked directly with Kim Lally Holmes who we'd definitely work with again, but I also highly recommend anyone on this team. They were all so lovely to work with.

This was our first house and we were surprised at how smooth the whole process was from beginning to end. We felt supported from the first contact a month before we started looking all the way through closing day. Maggie really got to know us and effortlessly adjusted to our preferences. She walked us through each step and we didn't have to worry about scheduling things like inspection or stress about where to find related resources. The collaboration between team members (within Beliveau/mortgage banker/title company) was seamless and comfortable, and everyone seemed to be on the same page. I really appreciated this because it's easy for there to be a disconnect between departments at any company, but the rapport here was strong. If we ever move again, we'll definitely go right back to the Beliveau Group.

A friend recommended The Beliveau Group, and Kim (and the entire crew) was a dream come true. I was so nervous that no one would love my house as much as I did, but she assured me that everything would be great. And it was. They told me how to stage the house, took amazing photos, arranged an open house, helped me navigate a million showings, and Kim talked me down through every freak-out because let's be real - selling a house is never fun. My house sold fast and for a great price, and I couldn't have done it without Kim and The Beliveau Group.

We started our journey in September 2017 went through a couple offers and finally went under contract on April 2018. It was a long, insane process and Maggie dealt with my craziness like a champ. She was incredibly sympathetic when I didn't get a house I put an offer on and was completely understanding when I "quit" a couple of times. She diligently worked to find me the perfect home. Now, almost a month after settlement, I sit on my couch in my home and Maggie is still assisting me with a home warranty issue. I would recommend her time and time again! Jean Ottey was our realtor who helped us buy our first home and when it was time to sell and find a new home to fit our family’s growing needs, Jean’s advice set us up for the perfect situation. Little did we know that our relationship with Jean would also include an amazing team that includes Kim Lalley, Dana Perez, and Stina. Kim guided us in the selling process and accompanied us on almost every house showing we requested on our quest for a new home. Kim was ultra-responsive, and her guidance was clear and very easy to work with. Dana would give us weekly reports during the process of both buying and selling our home and made sure any imperative documentation was received and clear instructions on what to do. Stina was also great during the process of helping stage our home to be sold. The end result was getting asking price for our first home within 2 weeks, and moving into the home of our dreams a day after settlement on our sold home! She was always patient and stayed at each house we looked at as long as we wanted and answered my millions of questions. Kim also made closing go extremely well, she got done what needed to be done and I can honestly say I never once worried that something was going to go wrong. She took care of any problems that came up before she even told us about them, which took lots of stress off of us! The rest of the team that we worked with was excellent as well, Dana in particular. She made sure that we stayed on top of all of our deadlines and tasks that needed to be taken care of. She was always honest and forthcoming about pros and cons on the house that we finally bought. She’s amazing, anyone would be lucky to have her representing them when going through this major life event.
Description of Work: My husband and I would recommend Kim Lally Holmes to anyone looking to find their forever home, and here’s why: She stuck with us for about two and a half years in our search. We started looking for our home after a whirlwind romance, getting married within 10 months of meeting. We were looking for a place that we could grow into with the addition of little ones running around. My husband wanted more of a turn-key property and growing up with a carpenter father, I wanted more of a fixer-upper. We knew we wanted to live in Baltimore but we were ALL OVER THE PLACE, started in Reservoir Hill, then looked in Patterson Park, Hamden (the ubiquitous), Mattfeldt Park, Dickeysville, Lauraville. We would send Kim the redfin and trulia links of houses and she would patiently take us to these houses and I’d tear them up and nothing would come of it. Then we moved to Arlington, VA to save some money by living with my family so that we could have a nest egg for “getting serious” about buying a house. I put it in quotes because my husband was also following #vanlife on Twitter and I don’t know if there was ever a couple who could be more ambiguous about “getting serious” about buying a house. Finally after a year with my family we were ready to put it on the good foot and we found a few houses and actually put in offers.
