Description of Work: Tina Beliveau sold two of my homes and helped me purchase a home all within a little over a year timeframe. They were extremely professional, very knowledgeable of the market and how to stage my house to maximize my profits on the sales. The purchase we did was complicated with a very lengthy and at times difficult negotiation and Tina navigated us through that with outstanding people skills and professionalism to get what seemed to be an impossible deal completed. Simply put, I would not recommend any other realtor if you want the best service.

Description of Work: Tina Beliveau helped us sell our house and find and buy the one we live in now. Our old house sold in under a week, and with her help we found and bought our new home almost as quickly. Her knowledge and attention to details kept unwanted wrinkles out of the process. The suggestions about repairs, staging, and pricing of our old house were spot on, and while working for us Tina made us feel as if we were her only customers. She has helped friends of ours buy and sell homes with equal success.
