Description of Work: We renovated two bathrooms and the kitchen. We were interested in a product line which REICO carries- Executive Cabinetry. It is a non toxic line of cabinetry. We knew what we wanted in design so that was pretty easy. When the product arrived, we were not thrilled with the way the laminate was applied to the edges of some, not all, the cabinet (solid wood otherwise). After having several people come out to the house, photographs etc taken, we were offered replacements which we accepted. The process seemed to take a long time. Howard seemed to be the most receptive to problem solving this issue and is definitely the 'go to' person. The product was fairly priced for the quality of the cabinet, which is non-toxic. Despite the laminate issue, I would highly recommend this line of cabinetry. It seems that it is almost the norm that there will be some issues with the quality of the cabinets. Major renovations are always tricky and while I wish this would have gone a bit smoother, we believe that overall we did get what we wanted at a reasonable price for a non-toxic line of cabinetry. As a matter of fact, we did go back and order a few more pieces that we had not originally considered and Reico was very helpful with that re-order. We do get many many compliments on the cabinetry which makes it all worthwhile. Thank you Howard for your efforts to make this work for our family.

+ -1 moreWonderful ! We used Jim Barnes JR to install which was also a great experience . We have done renovations at another property and Robin and Jim were a dream to work with, and we lived the end result!
Description of Work: Designed the layout and special features, came out to measure, placed order and arranged delivery . Robin was wonderful to work with.

+ 1 moreThe design itself was excellent, everything else involved in the process was fair to good. The person that did the design did a beautiful job. The overall experience was reasonably good. There were a few gaffs along the way that they should have been better about avoiding, such as measuring and some timing factors being off. Overall though, quiet satisfied.
Description of Work: They did some remodeling for me in my kitchen. They had done the original cabinets in the kitchen. They built some semi-custom cabinets. They took the cabinets they have in stock and put them together regarding my size of the wall and my directions as with what I wanted to use the cabinets for.

+ -1 moreTHE SALES STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING US SAMPLES AND HELPING US TO PICK OUT WHAT WE NEEDED AND WANTED IN TERMS OF STYLE AND FINISH. THE CABINETS TOOK THE STANDARD AMOUNT OF TIME TO COME IN. WE WERE ABLE TO INSTALL THEM OURSELVES, BUT THEY DO INSTALLATION ALSO.
Description of Work: THEY MEASURED FOR AND HELP US PICK OUT NEW KITCHEN CABINETS. THEY ORDERED THE CABINETS AND THEN DELIVERED THEM TO OUR HOME.
