They were very good, very helpful. They had a good attitude. We had no problem at all. Their cost wasn't much of nothing.

My son was the one who went to the shop. He had no problem and the shop gave him some information about what the car key could and could not do. Previously, I had one of the keys made by several shops and none of them ever worked. The keys Pimlico made all worked without a problem. I was very pleased.

The locksmith arrived on time and got right to work. He answered any questions I had and didn't seem to mind my "standing over his shoulder" while he worked. He was there for over an hour and worked steadily the whole time. He was pleasant and professional. The locksmith gave me new locks for the front and back and changed the other front door lock and the back door lock so I only needed to use one key. My house is old and the doors and the walls for the lock didn't quite match. He maneuvered parts so that they fit without having to saw anything. So far my locks work fine. He had me try all the keys to make sure there was no problem. Also, he made four new keys for two other doors, but the keys didn't fit. He didn't try and charge me and said I needed to go to the store so they could make the keys using a more stable environment. He had made the keys from his van. He was at my house for quite a while so I feel the fee was justified. I really do not know what the "average price" for this service is so I can't compare prices which is why I gave them a B for price. The price may have qualified for an "A" but I just don't know.

It was great, the person who I talked to on the phone was very knowledgable, and the man who helped me was very pleasent and helpful. I really appreciate them having keys that not very many people would need.

It went great. I would recommend them. The quality of their work was good. They seemed to be an expert in their field. I had my car keys stolen, and Pimlico replaced all the locks in my car for me. They did it in a timely manner.
