The prior job was fine, but now Par appears to be gone. They did nice work for me a little over a year ago, and I tried to contact them to see if they were interested in doing another job for us, but the phone number and email address that I used were no longer in service.

We live in an older house that was built by an engineer. Everything is engineered, but an architect was not consulted, so there are some very funky features to the house. I'm sure John Schmidt was muttering at that engineer when he tore out the old bathroom. They had to rework some plumbing that was not anticipated, but they get everything working better, were very patient about the problems, and delivered an excellent product in the end. They were very careful about keeping the mess confined to the work area, and were very easy to work with. We would definitely use them again (although they may not want to work on this house again)!
Description of Work: Par Home Improvement tore out and replaced our bathroom, including removing tub, replacing with a tiled shower, moving toilet, and replacing flooring and vanity.

It was an excellent experience. The man who came out charged us maybe around $5,000 to $6,000 or something like that. There was nothing that he could have done better. He was on time and very trustworthy. He was here when he said that he was going to be here. There are contractors that sometimes do not show up and I never really had any question or any issue with that about him. I would definitely recommend him and absolutely use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Par Home Improvement in February of last year for doing all the trim work, carpentry work and additional wall work on an addition that we had to finish it out.

John was very responsive and did the work that he was hied for, The workmanship was excellent and he was onetime everyday to get the project completed. He was easy to work with especially when it came to making changes to the original work that was discussed. I would highly recommend John and his team for any home improvement project.
Description of Work: Finishing out trim work on door, windows, skylights, and floors. Removed and re-supported wall between kitchen and addition. Various dry wall repairs around the house and installing tile. Excellent carpentry work.

John worked mostly alone; occasionally with a helper. He installed new cherry kitchen cabinets and crown molding in our kitchen as part of the total kitchen expansion and remodel. He was neat and professional in his work. He gave me his card in case I need additional work in the future for another room in our house. In the future, I will definitely call John. I have no idea what his services cost since he was paid by the kitchen designer, Dave Rackl.
Description of Work: John was brought to our kitchen remodeling job, as a sub-contractor, by a local kitchen designer, Dave Rackl, who designs and installs high-end kitchens in the Baltimore Area.
