This is my go to company. Office staff are terrific and make scheduling easy. I had Michael at my house and he was professional, knowledgable and efficient. I highly recommend.

Mr Handyman performed the service as requested. My shutter has been fully repaired as it was prior. My gripe would be that the technician performed the service before my arrival to the site which I did specify in the correspondence I had with the company. Maybe there was miscommunication between the receptionist I spoke with and the technician in the field in relaying my wanting to be there before work was done. Nevertheless, the completed work by the technician was good, and I'd hire them again.

We’ve hired Teddy from Mr. Handyman several times over the last few years, and we are always super impressed with his work. He is highly skilled at virtually every kind of task, large or small, and always knows how to tailor the job to the particular needs of our house. He’s installed exterior crawl-space doors, caulked around bathroom fixtures, shaved our wooden doors so they’d be able to close again, and replaced door knobs, among other things. And today, he installed new fireplace doors to perfection. He works thoughtfully and carefully, finding the best solution for each issue, protecting the house from any damage (even when carrying large doors through narrow hallways!), and cleaning up after the work is done. Finding a great handyman who you can trust is invaluable, and we look forward to hiring Teddy for any of our future household needs.

Great! I bought a home in 2020 which needed and continues to need a lot of work. Mr Handyman constantly goes above and beyond to help troubleshoot ideas and help update a previously poorly maintained house. My powder room renovation is probably my favorite part of my new home !

Mr. Handyman is my go to service for repairs at my rental property. They can clean the gutters, swap a leaking kitchen faucet and repair drywall all in the same visit. Reasonably priced and easy to schedule. The technicians are professional, pleasant and efficient.

Steve arrived on time from Pennsylvania, even though the weather was very foggy that day. He analyzed the work to be done and I said the closest store for parts was Home Depot. I explained that Lowes installed the door in 2004. I took a picture and went to them first for repairs but they said they don't repair doors. However, they recommended Angie's List for a handy man and to use treated wood or PVC material for door framing. Steve returned with a door frame kit. He said the material was wood but seemed unsure if it was treated. He repaired the frame which took 4 and 1/4 hours and he allowed me to use a $25 coupon. The caulk had to dry before we could close the door. When dry, I tried to close and lock it with a key using my body weight to push hard but it would not close. I opened the main garage door and was able to pull hard and lock it from the inside. I called and he came back the next day. I was unsure if I was being charged $124 per hour for him to fix it correctly and I was honestly afraid to ask. He didn't say but either way I knew it had to be done. After two hours I told him I had to get back to work. I asked how long would he be? He told me he wanted to make sure it was done right and to my satisfaction. I told him to call me if he needed me and left him to finish. He already had my credit card info if needed and I asked my tenant to try the key in the lock when he was done. I came back on my lunchbreak a couple hours later. The frame was fixed, he cleaned up the area and he was gone. My tenant said the key worked great and there was no other charge.

It went great. Ted is truly amazing, he always goes above and beyond. He put the wooden hut up in a very timely manner and made adjustments with the wood to make it user friendly. Then he went on to our roof and walked around to see the shape that our roof was in, all the while giving honest friendly advise. Mr. Handyman of Northern Baltimore County is a great operation from Lynn to Rayne on the phone to the outstanding owner Mark. They are a first rate company. And I am very grateful for them.
