Description of Work: - We got new tile in our kitchen. There was some level of miscommunication about the job to be done. We were not pleased with the wok done. After repeated phone calls and visits to the showroom, they finally came back out. More of a headache then anything else. We would not use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Everything was fine, especially the installation which was excellent, but I had trouble scheduling the installation. They did not respond to my two requests for scheduling the installation, and finally did after I sent a letter expressing my dissatisfaction.

Description of Work: They installed a wood floor for us. Love the overall look but I realize that floor isn't top quality. The installers were nice and got the floor done in one day!
