Prompt response to service inquiry. Came the next day at the agreed time. Price was agreed upon before work and was fairly priced. Electrician was very polite and helpful and cleaned up after himself. A great experience will definitely call and use them again as well as recommending them to others.

They were very good. The new timer switch they installed didn't work the first time and they came back two times to ensure the second one they installed is working properly.

Luke was our electrician. He was in and out in 1 hour. He wore little booties to protect the carpet. He was very nice, told us what the problems were and fixed everything quickly. Very friendly and professional and we would definitely use Clinton in the future.

He was a delightful electrician. He was great. I called and made the appointment, and the secretary answered the phone. She was wonderful, and he was very nice. He did a wonderful job. He charged $75, which was a great price.

The person who wrote the contract was not the person who showed up to start the job. The person who started the job had difficulty using the piece of equipment needed to complete the job. He asked me what he was suppose to do and where he was suppose to do it. After unsuccessfully using the ditch witch equipment he loaded the equipment on the truck and stated that someone from the office would contact us. They never did. We made continued calls to the office and finally was told that the person who was handling the contract was on vacation in Florida. The office kept telling us that they did not have anything on the board. After numerous days and waiting for someone, anyone to contact me I finally was able to talk with the owner and stated that I did not want them to complete the job. They had received a check for $3000.00 from me as a deposit. My yard was left a mess from where the ditch witch was unsuccessfully used. I would never recommend Clinton Electric to anyone and now question the use of Angie's List services. Extremely disappointed.

That went very well. We will call them back for a new fixation. The price was very cheaper and reasonable. Angie's List is absolutely wonderful. We will recommend them to other. They are doing a very great job.

Work was done by Chuck, a certified electrician for CE. Chuck showed up within the two-hour window provided by company; he was diligent, professional, and efficient. My attic was running very hot on the 95 degree day, but Chuck completed work in timely fashion despite having to spend the bulk of his time up there. He cleaned up after himself when he was done; would have been hard to tell anyone was working there at the end of the day. I would definitely feel comfortable using this company again in the future.

Clinton recommended a heating system with which I was not familiar. The representative assured me that it was the right solution. The installation was performed on time and on budget. BUT ... the system was too small to heat this space. Remember that this was a very cold winter and the heating system just could not keep up with outside temperatures. After two subsequent investigations, Clinton volunteered to install a heating system that was nearly twice as powerful as the first unit. The work was done on time and with the highest quality. And... we did not have to pay a penny more ... even though the unit was twice as large as the one that was in the original quote. Everyone at Clinton was extremely pleasant ... from the woman who answers the phone ... to the electricians who installed the units ... to the manager who made the decision to upgrade us. Repeatedly each work stated (and believed) that "we have to make the customer satisfied." And they did. The system has worked perfectly since then and the result is that we have significantly increased our living space during the winter months.

All went well except the exhaust fan did not work properly so they returns to fix it. It works now but not as well as it should.

It was very good, very nice. They were very efficient.

The Clinton offices were easy to work with, and the electrician who performed the service was highly professional. It poured rain the day of the service call, and he was kind enough to remove his shoes, while working on my white carpeting. He had everything he needed and didn't make a bunch of trips to the truck or to the hardware store. The work was done promptly at a fair price. One year later, I have had no problems. I would definitely call Clinton again.

While the gas line and wiring were not trenched, in retrospect one might want to have the electrical wiring run in conduit down the side of the house to make the appearance a bit neater. We enjoyed working with the individuals with whom we worked.

Their service was excellent. The gentleman who did the service was wonderful. He used to work for another group but he didn't like the way that grouped worked with customers. He was knowledgeable and I was very pleased.

It was a very extensive and expensive job because the house was about 100 years old and the majority of the house was wired up with extension cords. He had to take it all out and redo it. They did a really good job and I didn't have a problem with them. It was very labor intensive. They had to dig up the yard. They had their hands full because they had a lot to do. They had to take the floor boards out in the attic and redo the wiring up in the attic. It was really a colossal job. We had no idea it was going to run into all that money. They were very professional. They were nice and courteous and explained to us what needed to be done. I wasn't there the whole time but my daughter-in-law said they did a good job.

They are very prompt. They scheduled a time and they told us how long it was going to take and they did the job. They cleaned up after themselves. It was like they were never there, so they were very efficient and professional. Their price was about $300 less compared to the other quotes that I did receive. It is a small company, but they were easy to get a hold of. They were very punctual. They showed up at the time that they scheduled. They gave me the name of the person who was going to show up, with their ID and all that. They were very professional. We are planning to use them again. I have some more work for them scheduled already.

Serviceman was professional and courteous. But the good price quoted to me for installation deal turned into a $200+ when it turned out that I needed a new switch also. While it was listed on their price chart, the price for the switch and its installation seemed excessive to me: $116. I would probably use them again, but I might hesitate, due to their price chart.
